Green Light given for Discovery Build

Middlesbrough Borough Council planning committee voted unanimously for the construction of the new, purpose built, Discovery Special Academy on land formerly used as Nature’s World.

It is a positive recognition of all of the hard work, planning, preparation and determination that has gone into designing an environment that will be safe, and help children with special education needs and disabilities thrive.

The project has attracted a high level of publicity, and the supportive nature of the wider community has ensured that the press reviews have put Tees Valley Education in the spotlight once again.
